The Communist Party of Tripura de la India (Marxist) on Friday (April 11, 2025) condemned the former main minister and member of Lok Sabha, Biplab Kumar Deb, for doing what he called a “irresponsible” statement about the management of gold ornaments donated in the trip. Mr. Deb, in its duration of the speech, the inauguration of another temple, made a surprising accusation that “the CPI (m) had exhausted in the past the gold jewels of the Tripura temple and replaced them with falsifications.”
The former main minister, who had to leave the position after a three and a half year season, has now attended several programs of the Bharatiya Janata party, programs assisted by the Government and the Government in the State, its first most important participation since then. However, no leaders and leading ministers of matches present in their programs are seen.
While adorned a program in a recently built temple in the Mohanpur area on Thursday, Biplab Kumar should lashed out at the CPI (m) for being reluctant to religious causes. At one point, he blamed CPI (m) for confiscating gold ornaments from the location of the Tripura sundari temple in Udaipur in the Gomati district and selling them.
“I discovered the great robbery after becoming prime minister in 2018. We found the donation box full of false ornaments since the originals were tasks of distance to run out in the market,” Deb said.
The former prime minister’s statement was reported in the local media.
The CPI (m) has criticized the position and described it with an irresponsible rhetoric. “If the titular government has guts, there is an investigation,” said Pabitra Kar, former vice president of the state assembly and the main leader of the CPI (M).
King Dhanya Manikya made the temple in 1500 AD and is attributed as one of the 51st Hindu Shakti Pithas in the Indian subcontinent. It has a bone from a religious faith center for about 525 years.
The temple complex is currently being renewed under the Prasad scheme of the central government. The inauguration of the expanded and restored temple complex is expected to take place in May.
