The veteran Guerrero Green and the award -winning of Padma Shri, Daripalli Ramaiah, known with love as ‘Vajevi Ramaiah’, died of a heart attack in Khammam early on Saturday (April 12, 2025) in the morning. He was 85 years old.
Known for its implacable efforts to plant and nurture stagnations in a mission mode, Mr. Ramaiah, a native village or Reddypalli in Rural Mandal Khammam, leaves an inspiring legacy or a green crusade for the protection of the environment.

He is famous for his important contribution to increase the coverage of trees planting innumerable numbers that fuck mainly fruit trees and biodiesel plants in khammam rural mandal that turns his life. His unique social forest initiatives won the highest civil honor in the country, the Shri Padma, in 2017.
Condolence messages came from all sectors, including green enthusiasts and environmental activists about the death of the veteran green cross.
