The configuration management said on Saturday (April 12, 2025) that it has issued notices to take possession or immovable assets worth ₹ 661 million rupees that it has attached in the protine to the money laundering box, controlled with Congress).

The Federal Investigation Agency said in a statement that he placed these notices at Herald House located in Delhi in Ito, at the facilities in the Bandra de Mumbai area and the AJL building located in Bishshwar Nath Road on Friday (April 11).
The notices seek vacations from the facilities or the rental transfer (in the case of Mumbai assets) to ED.
The action has been the tasks under section (8) and rule 5 (1) of the Law on Money Laundering (PMLA) that talks about the procedure of taking possession of the attachments attached to the ED and confirmed by the Award Authority (or PMLA).
These immovable assets were attached to erectile dysfunction in November 2023. The case of money laundering is against AJL and the young Indian.
The National Herald is published by AJL and owned by Young Indian Private Limited. The leader of the Congress, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, are major shareholders of young Indians with 38% of actions held by each of them.
“Young Indian and AJL properties were used for the generation of a higher crime procedure in the form of false donations for a sum of 18 million rupees, advanced advanced rental for a sum of ₹ 38 million rupees and false ads of ₹ 29 million rupees,” said the ED.
