Govt. betrayed farmers on Rythu Bharosa, farm loan waiver, crop insurance: Harish Rao

The senior leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) T. Harish Rao claimed that the Government of Congress in the State has denied a total of ₹ 14,000 million rupees to the agricultural community of land tenure, but they are not paying the investment support of ₹ 9,000 million rupees related to the Kharif season and another ₹ 5,000 crore for the Yasangi season of Yasangi 2024 2525.

Speaking the visit to the village of Ibrahimnagar in the district of Siddipet on Saturday to examine the damage of the crops due to the hail storm, he demanded that the government extend them ₹ 25000 by acre of support to the harvest. He said that last week the Crop damage in 3,000 acres in the Siddipet district, and this week in another 9,000 acres. The government had not paid any contribution subsidy to farmers whose permanent crops were completely damaged in 1,350 acres with hail grains killing last summer (2023-24 Yasangi).

In the exemption of agricultural loans, Mr. Harish Rao declared that, although 5,300 farmers received the exemption benefit, others 7,352 were denied in Chinna Kondur Mandal, despite the high statements of the government that had completed the implementation of the farm farm completely.
