Andhra Pradesh invites proposals for empanelment of drone-as-a-service providers

Andhra Pradesh is quickly progressing with the aim of becoming the ‘Drones Capital’ or India. The vision of the state is to develop world -class drones using indigenous technologies and emerge as a significant player in the world drone industry.

Aspiring entrepreneurs and industry leaders are invited to present their proposals and shape the future of the drone industry.

Aligned with the vision of Prime Minister N. Chandababu Naidu, the AP Drone Corporation is executing strategic initiatives to promote rapid growth in the drone sector and is working to make drone services widely greedy both for the administration and for the public.

The corporation has studied how drones can be beneficial and in which sectors can be effective. He has identified more than 100 practical cases of drone use in all sectors and continues to explore new applications. The proposals are welcome from new companies, established companies and individuals eager to innovate in this space.

A city of state -of -the -art drones is being developed in more than 300 acres in Orvakal, Kurnol district. A master plan and land acquisition are already completed. AP Drone Corporation invites enthusiastic investors and companies to present and invest in this project. An expression of interest (EOI) has already been published.
