The 135th Anniversary of the Birth of Dr. Br Ambedkar, the main architect of the Constitution of India and a defender of social justice, will be commemorated in Prerna Sthal, in Parliament House Lawns, here on Monday (April 14, 2025).
President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Lok Sabha speaker in Birla and other dignitaries will pay floral taxes to Dr. Ambedkar in a morning ceremony.

The place will open to the public until noon, according to an official statement.
The Dr. Ambedkar Foundation will facilitate visitors who present their respects on the site and have organized special bus services to Dr. Ambedkar’s national memorial at age 26, Alipur Road, also known as Mahaparinirvan Bhoomi, according to the statement.
