AITM Bhatkal hosts national-level 24-hour hackathon

AITM Codefest, a national hackathon, was inaugurated at the Anjumano Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) in Bhatkal in the Utara Kannada district of Karnataka on April 13, 2025.

AITM Codefest, a national level hackathon, was inaugurated at the Anjumano Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) in Bhatkal in the Utara Kannada district of Karnataka on April 13.

A total of 30 teams from all over India participated in the 24 -hour coding marathon, where young minds boarded real world challenges with technology -based solutions.

Wasem Ahmed, former student of AITM and the founding director of Wynteam Global, was the main guest. He spoke with the participants about his trip from the Campus to the entrepreneurship.

Mohiddin Ruknuddin, secretary of AITM, presided over the function. Dr. K Fazlur Rahman, Registrar Prof. Dr. Zahid Kharuri, Chief of CSE Dr. Anvar Shathik and coordinators of the Faculty Prof. Dr. Sayed Norain and Prof. Dr. Shrishail Bhat was also present, encouraging the spirit of innovation and collaboration.

The title partner was Niveus Solutions, the organization’s partner was Digicrypt Technologies, the associated partners were Mohtisham Builders, Sproutxp, Itecs Solutions, Emertxe Technologies, Tahora and Wynteam Global. The total award was ₹ 2 Lakh, with ₹ 60,000 for the first prize, ₹ 30,000 for the second and ₹ 15,000 for the third.

The awards would be presented to the winners at the farewell ceremony on April 14.
