Seil Energy India Limited (Seil), the Independent Energy producer based in Nellore, has announced the observance of the National Firefighters Service for Monday, April 28, 2025. The company performs various activities, including fire safety drills, training sessions, awareness programs on fire prevention and mitigation, and inspections of fire safety equipment and infrastructure safety equipment.
Raghav Trivedi, CEO of Seil, said: “We prioritize the safety and well -being of our employees, interested parties and the community. Duration of this fortnight of the National Firefighters Service, we reaffirm our commitment to ensure and prevention. It highlights the importance of security against fire and fire prevention measures in our daily lives.”
Every year, 14Th April is observed as the National Fire Service Day to pay tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in 14Th April 1944 in the Dockyard of Bombay while saving lives and precious properties of furious fire. This year’s theme is “Unite to Ignite, a safe India to fire.”
Seil has a 2.64 GW supercritical energy generation complex located in nelllore. The duration of the initiatives of this fortnight aims to promote a culture of security and preparation within the organization and beyond. Sunil Kumar Gupta, Head (Operations and Maintenance), Department Chiefs and Employees participated in the event and paid tribute to the martyrs.
