The pious responsibility of protecting the Constitution should not be left alone to political or judicial authorities, said the Superior Court of Telangana, the president of the Supreme Court Sude Paul.

Speaking as the main guest on the 134th anniversary of the birth of the celebrations of the architect of the Indian Constitution Br Ambedkar, convents of the Council of Bar Association of the State of Telangana and the Association of Advocaties of the Superior Court of Telangana at the HC facilities, the interim CJ called the people. All citizens must also monitor how the provisions of the Constitution were applied at each stage, he said.

“All citizens must assume the task of protecting the Constitution as their personal responsibility,” he added. Citing the sayings of Dr. Br Ambedkar, the interim CJ observed that if the Constitution could not provide services to citizens that was the failure of the people who were granted with the task of protecting it. Comparing the Constitution with the waters of the Ganga River, he pointed out that the Constitution was pure at the beginning as the starting point of Gangotri.

However, the possibility of impurities that are dragged during the period of time cannot be ruled out and, therefore, each holder of the stake must assume the responsibility of seeing it deeply, he added. Judge Surepalli Nanda said that the best way to pay tributes to Dr. Br Ambedkar was to ensure that social justice and well -being were provided to all citizens. Judge Nandikonda Narsinga Rao, the president of the Bar Association A. Narasimha Reddy and the president of Thcaa A. Jagan were present.
