Congress govt. following divide and rule policy through unscientific caste census, says Vijayendra

The state government led by Congress is following the division and policy of the British rules, for political profits.

The Siddaramaiah government is willing to divide society through a non -scientific census, said the president of the Vijayendra BJP State Unit on Tuesday in Nippani.

He criticized the state government for increasing prices. The problem of caste census has been raised to divert people’s attention from this, he said.

Mr. Vijayendra told reporters that Prime Minister Siddaramaiah is conspiring to divide Hindus and Muslims on behalf of the cast census.

He arrived in Nippani to participate in the Bhima Hejje, a manifestation of Bengaluru to Nippani, to commemorate the centenary of Br Ambedkar’s visit to Nippani in 1925.

This is the same Siddaramaiah who tried to divide the Verashaiva Lingayats in the name of the independent religion that considers his last mandate as prime minister but had failed. “Now, again, he is using the census to divide people, although the State has no powers to carry out said census,” he said.

“Congress is losing its base throughout the country. It has completely rooted some states where it is not only in the opposition.
