Omar Abdullah distances himself from party MLAs adjournment motion over Waqf Act

J&K’s prime minister, Omar Abdullah, on Tuesday (April 15, 2025) was distanced from the move of party legislators to bring a motion of the postponement of the WAQF law within the J&K Assembly recently. Mr. Abdullah’s statement, however, evoked acute reactions of several opposition parties.
