Hey, also that the Legislature and the Judiciary need to respect each other. Speaking in Haryana two days ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also established a strong defense of the new law, saying that Waqf’s law is “real social justice.”
Modi said that through the new law, the sacred spirit of Waqf will be respected, and the poor and pasmanda families of Muslim society, Muslim women, especially Muslim widows, Muslim children will obtain their rights and their rights in the future. “And this is what Babasaheb Ambedkar has given us, the task of doing in the spirit of the Constitution. This is the real spirit, this is true social justice,” said Modi. He said that the 2013 law approved by UPA benefited only a handful of land mafia, and the land of the dalits, backward people, tribes and widows were looted.
“After the change in Waqf’s law, this looting of the poor will stop. And the most important thing is that we have done a very responsible and important job. We have made another provision in this Waqf law. Any land of any tribal, its house, its property in any corner of India,” said Modi, adding the amendments of 2013 by the UPA that had put the old law over the Constitution of India.
