MUDA case: Karnataka High Court notice to Siddaramaiah on appeal against rejection of plea for CBI probe

A Division Bank of the Superior Court of Karnataka on Wednesday ordered an issuance of notification to the principal minister Siddaramaiah, his wife BM Parvathi and others on an appeal presented by the social activist Snehamayi Krishna, who has questioned a single judge of a single judge who rejected his guilt to the central investigation office (CBI) in the Probe of the Site of the Site.
