Judge Namavarapu Rajashwara Rao, of the Superior Court of Telangana, Thorsday’s day ordered the state government not to issue letters of appointment to the candidates who had been selected for the positions of Group I through a main public service commission.
The judge said that the Government, however, can continue with the verification process of certificates of selected candidates for the positions of the I.
The judge approved the interim address after the disputes presented for two consecutive days by the main lawyer B. Rachna Reddy for the petitioners and the TGPSC lawyer, Rajashekhar
The petitioners sought an address to order a “monitored investigation of the court” or an “independent judicial investigation” on the numerous “irregularities, inconsistencies and illegalities in the evaluation process.” They wanted the HC “to perform a reevaluation or a reexamination based on the intensity of the irregularities detected” for all candidates to issue a general classification list again.
The lawyer Rachna Reddy gave that several methods followed by the commission in the realization of the main exams of Group I sowed suspicion seeds among the minds of the candidates. Different numbers of corridor tickets to candidates for preliminary and main evidence were issued. Initially, the TGPSC announced that the Total main exam centers were 45, but they improved 46 through another announcement.
When the results were announced, the candidates were allowed to see the qualifications only through their respective session on the web, said the lawyer. The Commission could not explain how it published the main exams of the exams of 10 candidates on the number of 21,075 candidates, which had previously stated as the total number of candidates who attended the main exams, said Mrs. Rachna Reddy.
A candidate, Bommu Poojitha Reddy, with the Hall ticket No. 240918702, who requested to count, was surprised to discover that 60 or his marks were reduced. The lawyer of the petitioners said that some of the 500 main rancos were from some exam centers. The response sheets collected from each center were delivered to the uncharging evaluators.
Meanwhile, the TGPSC lawyer refuted the disputes of the lawyer of the petitioners about the irregularities and assured the bank to provide all the necessary details and procedures followed by the commission to carry out the main exam.
Referring to the content that a candidate obtained reduced grades after counting, the lawyer said that the candidate was issued by the presentation of the cause notification after the suspicion that the brands were manipulated, said the lawyer. The petitioners, most of which were in the government service, did not mention which department they work and with what designation, he said.
The matter was published until April 28 for the next hearing.
