A woman killed her two children before finishing her own life in her residence in Jeedimetla on Thursday afternoon. The woman, identified as Texaswini Reddy aka Tile, 34, had been living with her husband and two children in an apartment in Balaji Layout, Jeedimetla, during the last four years.

According to a Jeedimetla police officer, Texaswini first attacked his children, Arshit Reddy, 11, and Ashish Reddy, 9 years old, with a knife before jumping from the fifth floor of the building. Her husband, who was at work, immediately took the family to the hospital. However, the doctors declared the three dead urns.

The official said Texaswini and his children had leg health problems. A case has been registered, and an investigation is being carried out to determine the circumstances that led to this drastic step.
