It is the duty of the President and Vice President to defend the Constitution, said the main lawyer of the Supreme Court Mahsh Jethmalani. He supported the strong words of the vice president of Jagdeep Dhankhar with the judicial duration of his speech to Rajya Sabha’s interns, days after the Supreme Court sought to fix a schedule for the president to grant assent to the reserved law projects.

Jethmalani told him CNN-NEWS18 What Dhankhar has done is to point out a constitutional defect in the midst of a growing public perception that is a tendency towards “judicial overreach.”

“… Everything that Dhankar Ji has done has pointed out a constitutional failure. Public perception is reflected in social networks … The lack of transparency is an important issue. The transfer of the Bang justice (cash row at home) has not become a stink president of President of President ATHS.

On Thursday (April 18), Dhankhar criticized the recent order of the Supreme Court to fix a schedule for the president to grant assent to state law. He asked the judiciary about the decision and said that the Supreme Court cannot say goodbye to a “nuclear missile” to democratic forces.

“Then, we have judges that will legislate, who will perform executive functions, who will act as a super parliament and will not have the responsibility because the law of the land does not apply to them,” he said.

In expressing his support for the vice president, Jethmalani wrote a detailed publication on his social networks. He said that “serious problems” in recent times have created the public perception that the “Indian Judicial Power lacks transparency and responsibility.” Referring to Judge Yashwant Varma in the case of cash at home, he said that this said this was so special in his treatment with sensitive issues “belonging to herself, their head was a judicial corruption.”

“… The Justice Yashwant Varma Issue has spawned the declaration of assets by Judicial Officers Including Those of the Supreme Court, The Abandonment of the Practice of Simple Transfer of Erant Judges to Other Courts, Courtes Tots To Corructly and Corruptly Corruptly Curruttal Just To Inquiries By Ombudsmen Such as The Lokayukt & The Lokpal, “He Wrote in an X post.

Duration of his speech, Dhankhar also questioned the lack of a FIR in the case of cash at home, wondering if a “category beyond the law” has assured the immunity of prosecution. The SC had ordered an internal intern in the alleged discovery or cash in the middle of the residence of Judge Varma after a fire on Holi’s night on March 14. The judge has now repatriated the Superior Court or Allabad of Delhi.

Hey, he also questioned the legal position of the three judges panel carried out by internal investigation into the matter. Referring to the case, he said that each Indian is deeply worried. “If the event had tasks at home (common man), speed would have an electronic bone rocket. Now it is not even a cattle cart,” he said, that an investigation is the domain of the Executive and not the Judiciary.
