Will External Affairs Minister take up issue of visa revocation of Indian students with his U.S. counterpart, asks Congress

Express concern for American immigration lawyers associations (AILA) claim that of the 327 cases of revocation of international students’ visas collected by you so far, 50% are Indians, Congress on Friday (April 1825) asked Take Takankskskskskskank, the Minister of the Minister of the United States, Shaftkankskskskank US, Marco Rubio.

The head of Communications of the Congress, Jairam Ramesh, shared a statement issued by Aila in his Handle X. “Of the 327 cases of revocation of visas of international students collected by the organization so far, 50% are Indians. The reasons for the revocation are random and unclear. There is a growing fear and apprehension. Mr. Ramesh asked, labeling the minister of the Union.

The declaration issued by AILA in Thorsday declared: “The State Department (DOS) and the Immigration and Customs Control (ICE) are directed to international students, including those without a history of protest, for the revocation of visa.

AILA compiled 327 reports of visas revocations and terminations of the student and exchange information system (sevis) of lawyers, students and university employees, according to the statement. “Or these reports: 50% of these students were from India, followed by 14% of China. Other important countries represented in these data include South Korea, Nepal and Bangladesh,” he added.
