Mr. James, a British citizen currently presented at the Tihar prison, appeared before the court for videoconference. Requested a relaxation of two key conditions: provide a guarantee of ₹ 5 Lakh and deliver your passport.

His lawyer argued that, as a foreign citizen, Mr. James had no contacts in India who could support him. Moreover, his passport had expired, and the renewal process would take approximately four to eight weeks, further delaying his release despite the fact that the bond was granted. The Emergency Department, however, opposed the plea, maintaining that the conditions of the bond were “fair, fair and reasonable.” He argued that without a local guarantee or a registered valid passport, there would be no mechanism to guarantee the presence of Mr. James in the procedures of judgment of India.

On March 4 of the Supreme Court of the Supreme Court in a case related to the CBI case related on February 18, he granted the bond in the case of the Superior Court of Delhi, after a postponement of the Supreme Court in a related case of CBI on February 18. He is accused as an intermediary in the Agreement of Agreement in accordance with the Agustavestland Deal Agreement Agreement, the agreement in accordance with the agreement in accordance with the TIE treatment, AW-101 Helicopters.
