The Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (Kassia) commercial body has urged all agencies allied to the electricity sector to work together to strengthen the general energy infrastructure scenario of the State.
Kassia, president, MG Rajagopal said that the energy distribution agencies and the Apex organ, including Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation, all electricity supply companies (ESCOM) in the state of state electricity regulator and Karnataka, the transmission work of Soue Worke World and also strengthen the distribution system.
“The industry wants a non -interrupted and quality power supply for which the State must strengthen its energy infrastructure, including electrical lines, transmission equipment and also a distribution system,” Rajagopal said in an interactive session organized by Kassia here on Monday for those interested in the electricity industry.
P. Ravikumar, IAS, President, Church and Jawaid Akhtar, IAS, Member, Kerc interacted with the members and the Tok note of the problems raised by the participants who last the meeting and claimed to solve the problems.
Speaking on the occasion, SM Hussain, president of the Kassia Energy Panel, also emphasized the importance of greater coordination between KPTCL and Escoms in terms of energy supply, plan approval, emission of occupation certificates, making smart meters optional, the misuse of the rate, the maintenance of the network, and added that it was necessary to establish a 66/11 kVA Nelalangala.
