Jalandhar’s police commissioner Dhanpreet Kaur said around 1 in the morning, the police received information about an explosion, after which they arrived at the scene and begged an investigation.

Who is Manoranjan Kalia?
Manoranjan Kalia is a main leader in Punjab and currently serves as the leader of the BJP Legislature in the State. He previously held the position of Cabinet Minister in the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) -BJP coalition government.
Based in the city of Jalandhar, it has been a prominent face in the Punjab policy and the disputed elections of the constitution of the central assembly of Jalandhar.
