According to reports, the state government established before the empowered committee on the land of Kancha Gachibowli that the land belonged to the government and Netty was forest lands as the students and some political parties affirm.
The sources said that the special secretary Jayesh Ranjan and the main main curator of the RM Dhobriyal forests with the members of the empowered committee and presented an integral coronology of the lands since 2000. According to the MOU, the Government resumed 534.28 acres of UOH and delivered more than 400 acres to the sports authority of Telangana and 134.28 Acres to TG NGO. The UOH registration then delivered the land through the Serilingampally income authorities on February 3, 2004.
Instead, the Government assigned an alternative land to a point or 397 acres in Sy No 36 (191.36 acres) and Sy No 37 (205.20 acres), which was tasks by the UOH registrar the same day.
With regard to the present 400 acres, UOH has clearly resigned his rights to the land by taking 397 acres in return, the officials explained.
Regarding the allocation to the IMG Bharata PVT LTD academies, the Government issued an ordinance that annulled the assignment on November 21, 2006. The IMG Bharata challenged the orders before the Superior Court and the Court approved orders on March 7, 2024 in Favis of the Government.
Subsequently, IMG presented a SLP before the Supreme Court, which was disputed. The SLP was fired on May 3, 2024. The TGIIC assured the allocation and was then alienated by establishing it and a mixed use project, which was approved by the Council of Ministers on June 21, 2024.
