The opinions expressed by business taxpayers are their own.

From Tel Aviv to Technology Boards, my business trip has taken me through business construction, navigating painful failures, celebrating significant exits and any investment in the visions of other founders. I am an Israeli immigrant who came to the United States with little more than ambition and the belief that hard work could move mountains. It is already in time, I have seen firsthand how startups are born of nothing more than grain and vision, but as these companies grow, they begin to play more than just a market share. Influence culture. They inspire communities. And they have the responsibility to give back.

In recent years, my approach has changed only building companies to help others build yours and, so importantly, encourage them to align their success with significant causes. After joining the Israeli-American council (IAC) as a member of the Council, I realized that beyond the business presentation covers and the spreadsheets of M&A there are something even more shocking: the service. Through our initiatives that support Jewish solidarity, educational programs and bridge relations between American and Israeli businessmen, I discovered that philanthropy is not just an effort “to feel good”, it is a strategic advantage. Tis motivates the founders, strengthens the identity of the brand, builds the community and invites a purpose to what can sometimes seem a routine.

So, here is my call to other founders, starting CEOs and emerging entrepreneurs: integrate the charitable alignment into their DNA. Not for the press. Not for optics. By impact.
