It has helped him develop patience and, more importantly, stay calm under pressure. He recalls one project with extremely high stakes and a tight timeframe. Instead of trying to push hard, he paid attention to what the team was struggling with and made the necessary adjustments. It not only helped to achieve the desired goals, but it also strengthened trust within the team.
