Relatizing the website of aspects of the economy of India

April 2, 2024 by Rupeindia

Dear friends,

We have relaunched the website of Aspects of India’s economy at https://rupe-india.org. Visit it and give us your answers so that we can improve it. We regret that the site has bone down for a long time, since we were building the new site. Help us spread the word and popularize the site once again. (We would also like to thank the artist’s activist Anupam Roy for allowing us to use powerful works of art on the site).

We have preserved our previous website as a file or previous topics, at https://rupe-india.org/old-site/. We are deeply grateful to those who ran it all these years.

We will shortly publish on our site the last number of Aspects” Digitization in India: The class agenda. Articles of various taxpayers cover questions such as:

– The impact of digitalization in the un organized sector (Arun Kumar),

– ‘Intelligent’ Cities (Hussain Indorewala),

– ‘Digital Health’ (Indira Chakravarthi),

– The digitalization of education (Manali Chakrabarti and Rahul Varman),

– Digitalization and well -being programs (Rajendran Narayanan), and

– Digitization and Precarity (Anurag Mehra).

In a closing piece, Rupe will comment on the general impulse and the schedule of digitalization in India and its impact on several sectors, including the agricultural sector.

We look forward to the comments and criticisms of our readers.
