According to documents Fox News Digital was able to obtain, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have struck a settlement for their divorce.
Both parties signed the uncontested divorce in a Los Angeles court on Monday.
In the settlement, the parties waived additional discovery procedures and spousal support.
Following the judge’s approval of their divorce next month, Lopez intends to formally remove “Affleck” from her last name.
After two years of marriage, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in Los Angeles County Superior Court on August 20. On the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding, she filed a petition to dissolve their marriage.

The first “I do” was exchanged at a surprise wedding in Las Vegas in 2022 between Affleck, 52, and Lopez, 55. According to court records, Lopez, who was identified as “Party 2,” asked for a “new name” on their marriage certificate submission, which was initially received on July 16 and submitted the next day to the Clark County Clerk’s Office.
On the paper, Affleck is identified as “Party 1” and his full name is provided as “Benjamin Geza Affleck.” Legally, the singer adopted her husband’s last name and became “Jennifer Lynn Affleck.”
At the $8 million Georgia estate that Affleck bought when they first started dating 20 years ago, the newlyweds held a backyard ceremony for friends and family a month later.
