In short, social media has changed how we talk, connect, and stay informed. While it has some good points, scrolling can sometimes cause mental health problems, like trouble focusing, comparing yourself to others, stress, and sleep problems. Knowing about these effects and using social media carefully is super important for staying healthy. By using social media smartly and balancing your online and offline life, you can get the good stuff while protecting your mental health and keeping real relationships strong.
