Seventeen people, including 16 women, were tasks in custody a raid in Wild Hearts Pub in Chaitanyapuri on the night of April 14. Police said pub was facilitating illegal activities, including acts of obscenity. “Women, all Hyderab residents and dedicated themselves to several occupations, were allowed for free admission to interact with customers,” said a Chaitanyapuri police officer.
Among those arrested was the DJ, who allegedly encouraged women to interact with customers. Efforts are made to track the owner of the Pub Ramu and Santosh manager.
A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.
