A school bus that transported students and staff of the Koyyam Markus school overturned in a curve in Koyyam in Chengalayii Panchayat in Kannur on Saturday.
Sekekandapuram police said around 20 people, including students, suffered injuries in the incident around 8.30 pm
The group was going to the wedding of a teacher’s son. The vehicle overturned in a curve, anyway stopping after hitting a tree. There were 33 people, including shelter students, on the bus.
They thought that several passengers suffered bruises and minor wounds, none of them is in serious condition.
