Twenty -one police staff were tried and three damaged police vehicles when a mafia attacked them while opposing the demolition of an unauthorized Dargah in the city of Nashik de Maharashtra, authorities said Wednesday (April 16, 2025).

Nashik Central MLA Devyani Pharande had also said that the NMC anti-enactment impulse in February was not complete and that the whole site should be authorized.
