A total of 288 students in different programs graduated from the Xavier Institute of Administration and Entrepreneurship (Xime) Bangalore on Saturday during their 29th call held in the auditorium of St. John’s.
The call was chaired by J. Philip, president of Xime Bangalore, Roshni James, director of Xime Bangalore and Anil J. Philip, president of Xime Society together with Mr. Ramesha Ramadurai, managing director or 3M India as the main guest.
The titles were granted to six students of the Doctoral Program (PHD), 228 of the Postgraduate Diploma in Administration (PGDM) in several specializations and 54 of the postgraduate diploma in business analysis (PGDM-BA).
Around 10 students received prizes of excellence in different specializations of human resources, marketing, finance and operations, while special awards and certificates were awarded to the first rank holders in each of the courses. This year, the best complete performance and the student of the year is secured by a PGDM-BA student and a student won two cash awards and awards.
Ramesh Ramadurai, managing director of 3M India, who pronounced the special discourse during the ceremony, emphasized the importance of communication, cultural sensitivity and personal brand in the current dynamic panorama, “the set of functional skills that must succeed will be obsolete quite quickly. The only thing I can say is, to be curious and continuous learning.”
“The only thing that will remain constant is its ability to learn, unlearn and learn again. The ancestry will be a part of your trip. Be more aware of these differentials and make the effort to adjust your style,” he added.
