The NCP SP leader, Rohit Pawar, criticized the appointment of an economic advisor of the principal minister Devendra Fadnavis on Monday, describing him as invasion in the Finance Department led by the main vice minister (DCM) Ajit Pawar.
Former Bureaucrat Praveen Pardeshi was recently appointed as Chief Economic Advisor who will work on the Vision 2047 Route map. His work role will include preparation reports on state finance, collaboration with Niti Aayog and pressing initiatives for green energy.
Rohit Pawar accused Mr. Fadnavis or interfered at Ajit Pawar’s Ministry of Finance. He pointed out that by appointing the CEA, the entire policy relationship and administrative decisions will be under the jurisdiction of the main minister through the CEA.
Mr. Pawar also raised Mr. Fadnavis “” Interference “in the department of DCM Eknath Shinde.” After reviewing the decision -making tasks in the last two and a half years, he first infiltrated the departments of Eknath Shinde and now it is Ajit Pawar’s turn, “he said.
Mr. Pawar called Mr. Fadnavis “authoritarian” that he wants to control other Mines. “Keeping each ministry under their direct or indirect control and appointing a chief economic advisor reflects the trend.
