Aiadmk legislators left the Assembly of Tamil Nadu on Wednesday after President M. Appavu denied the opposition leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami to raise a problem under rule 72 of the Chamber.
Immediately after the camera praised the processes of its day, Mr. Palaniswami sought to raise a problem under the rule. Mr. Appavu said the matter was under consideration.
Later, addressing journalists outside the Assembly, Mr. Palaniswami said he had sought a debate under the rule on a motion of distrust against the ministers DMK KN Nehru, K. Ponmudy and V. FEHILLALAJI. However, the speaker refused to allow it. Therefore, Aiadmk members organized a strike, condemning the action of the speaker. He said that the recent comments of Mr. Ponmudy had harmed the religious feelings of the Hindus, and recalled that the minister had also made derogatory comments against women.
Hi, he also referred to the address of confaction searches (ed) on facilities linked to relationships or Mr. Nehru and Raiden in Tasmac. “It is the duty of the state government to give an explanation about the actions of ED …”, he said.
