Supposedly, an aerial host was sexual as she was in a fan and in a semi-conscious state treatment of a private hospital in Gurugram.
The alleged incident took place on April 6, but the complaint appeared at the Sadar Police Station on April 14, a day after he was unearthed from the hospital, Gurugram police said.
The 46 -year -old woman had come to Gurugram for training on behalf of her company and was staying in a five -star hotel. Duration this time, its condition deteriorated due to drowning in the pool, after which it was admitted to a private hospital to receive treatment.
On April 5, her husband admitted her to another private hospital in the city. He was on a fan when the hospital personnel supposedly harassed her. I was in a semi -conscious state at the time of alleged harassment and could not resist. Two nurses were also close, but they did not intervene, according to the complaint.
After being discharged from the hospital on April 13, she confided in her husband about harassment and he, in turn, called the police control room. He later filed a formal complaint at the Police Station in this regard in the presence of his legal advisor.
Gurugram police said that the victim’s statement was recorded before the magistrate and that the matter was under investigation. The images of the television cameras of the closed circuit inside the hospital were being examined and the defendant would be arrested, police said.
