Amrita Vidyalayam, Coimbatore, established 27 world records as part of Amrita Vidyalayam World Records Festival 2025: an event organized at the 25th year of Mark’s educational service, the institution said in a press release.

Managed by Matá Amritanandamayi Math, the school celebrated this milestone gathering students, teachers and staff in a collaboration effort.

As by a press release from the institution, the records were certified by Elite World Records, Asian Records Academy, India Records Academy and the book of Records Tamilan, under the close supervision of 27 judges from three countries and seven differentials.

The event took place from April 3 to 8, and several schools participated. The event’s appointment ceremony was a hero on April 11 in Nallampalayam, Coimbatore. A total of 3,091 PRE-KG students to grade XII, together with 154 dedicated educators and 150 support personnel, tok part, according to the statement.

The records of 27 world covered a wide range of disciplines. These included a special record dedicated to AMMA, together with the achievements in Art Craft with four records, and academic excellence that represented eleven records.

The students also stood out in dance, ensuring a record and exhibited their physical skill with two sports records. According to the launch, its commitment to environmental care was highlighted by three records in the environment and sustainability, while their cognitive skills were shown in the category of memory and mind skills, obtaining a record.

The Festival also celebrated literary talent, with two records in literature and language, and spiritual unity was expressed through two records in spiritual cultural expressions.

The event was adorned by Rabih Baalbaki, Executive Director of Administrations at Elite World Records LLC, USA, and Lau Thien Poh, Executive Director of the Registration Management Team at Elite World Records, Singapore. Noura Al Merhabi, Global Ambassador and Judge in Elite World Records, and Amet K. Hingorani, Ambassador and Senior Judge in Elite World Records were also present.

AK FEHIL KUMAR, ambassador and senior judge at the Asian Academy of Records, and P. Jeganathan, senior manager of records and former associated editor of India Records Academy, were also present. J. Maragatham, Records Records Record Manager of Tamilan, contributed his experience to the event.

Swamini Bhaktipriyamrita Prana, correspondent for Tamil Nadu and Potucherry, and Swamini Muktamritaprana, manager of the Nallampalayam, Etmadai and Kalapatti campus, played fundamental roles when guiding the festival, the rel. His efforts were supported by S. Muroidharan, Education Officer of Amrita Vidyalayam in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, and Nandagopal C., General Administration Manager of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

At the school level, K. Jayajothy, director of Amrita Vidyalayam, Nallampalayam, together with B. Padmaja, academic coordinator, and Mr. Sudha, director, tested leadership and coordination consistent, ensuring the event.

Up to 92 witnesses and independent timing players played a vital role to ensure that each record attempt was genuine and well documented, according to the statement.
