The Superior Court of Bombay granted on Wednesday a provisional protection of the sentence to comedian Kunal Kamra in relation to a case registered against him on his “traitor” comment addressed to the Vice Minister of Maharashtra, Eknath Shind.

A division bank comprised of Judge Sarang Kotwal and Judge Shiram Modak were listening to Kamra’s pleas seeking to cancel the fir.
