BSNL launches special drive on customer service in Vellore

The Bharat Sagucham Limited (BSNL) has launched “Connecting With Care”, a special impulse to focus on solving problems related to the service, improving the quality of the network and strengthening the client participation in the commercial area, Tirvervets, Tirvvarturturturs TIRRVVVVVVVARTURET, RANRVET’S RANRVET. Until April 30. According to a press release, under the unit, key activities that include claims repair camps in customer service centers (CSC), special field units to solve long -term complaints, monitoring proactive services and digital disseminations. The unit underlines BSNL’s commitment to customer satisfaction and aims to improve the reliability of the service, ftth supply faster and the best client’s confidence.
