According to the first information report (FIR), Mr. Shukla and Mr. Tuteja, while working as public servants in the Chhattisgarh government, allegedly used their official positions badly to provide an undue advantage to the then general defender, satisfaction Chandra Verma.

The FIR states that this was done with the intention of incorrect influence the performance of public duties. Supposedly these changes were made to manipulate the content of the responses presented to the Superior Court in relation to the Civil case Supplies Corporation (AP00 09/2015), favorably for the accused.

This, he adds, was done so that they could obtain the benefit of the early bond.

The alleged scam belonged to the acquisition of rice and salt below the standard by NAN, the Chhattisgarh Nodal Agency to acquire and distribute food grains under the public distribution system. The officers’ duo was among the 18 people reserved by the Office of Corruption.
