“The ATM has installed aboard the Panchavati Express in Experimental Basic,” he said on Tuesday (April 15, 2025).

According to rail officials, the ATM has put itself in a cubicle in the back of the coach, a space previously used as an impromptu pantry. A shutter has been provided to guarantee safety and accessibility while the train is in motion, they said.

The coach’s necessary modification was held in the Manmad rail workshop, said the official.

The Panchavati Express, which operates daily between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus in Mumbai and Manmad Junction in the neighboring district of Nashik, completes its trip in a way at approximately 4.35 hours.

It is one of the popular trains on the route due to the moment of the pact for the interurban trip.
