CET 2025 exam: Based on preliminary report on removal of sacred thread, Shivamogga DC recommends action against a home guard

The attached commissioner of Shivamogga, Gurudateta Hegade, has recommended a disciplinary action against a local guard published in the CET exam center in Shivamoga after the accusations of forcing the candidates to eliminate the sacred thread.

Mr. Hegade told him The Hindu That he had demanded a preliminary report on the officers incident. According to the report, he had recommended actions against the local guard in question. The DC took this measure, after the MADHU BANGARAPPA School Education Minister, the instruction of acting regarding the accusation.

Representatives of Brahmin Sanghagala Okkuta, on Thursday (April 17, 2025), with the DC and complained to him that the Brahmin students who appeared for CET in the center of the Adichuncheri school in the city were forced to focus the sacred thread before before before before before before before before before before before.
