Congress workers stage protests in Shivamogga over ED chargesheet

Congress workers organized protests in Shivamogga against the Central Government, condemning the Charges of the Directorate of Compliance with the leaders of Congress, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, in the national case of Herald.

A group of workers from the Congress Party begged the protest in front of the Post Office in Gopi Circle and lifted slogans against the central government. They alleged that the BJP government was pointing to Congress leaders for political reasons. The Central Government had been using bad investigation agencies against political opponents.

The police intervention when the protesters tried to enter the post office and prevented them from entering the office. The president of the District of the Youth Congress, Harshit Gowda, the party leaders, Vijay Kumar, N. Ramesh, Shivakumar and others, led the protest.

Another team of party workers, led by leaders K. RANGANATH, HP Girish, organized a protest ahead or member of Lok Sabha for the Raghavendra residence in Vinoba Nagar. Alloo that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Interior Minister Amit Shah were attacked to Congress leaders. Police prevented the protesters from arriving at the MP house and keeping them in custody.
