Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Monday that they were turned off when Congress was in power before 2014, but India’s energy production has doubled in the last decade and is exporting electricity.
Going to a meeting after placing the base stone of a modern ultra -criticism unit of 800 MW at the Enbandhu Chhotu Ram thermal plant here, the prime minister said Haryana is seeing the double speed of the double motor government of the BJP.
The thermal power unit is expected, the propagation acres of 233 ACRES and with a value of around 8,470 million rupees, functioning in March 2029. It will significantly boost the energy self -sufficiency of Harkana and will provide an uninterrupted power throughout the state.
Advancing the vision of ‘Gobardhan’ (Galvanizer of Bio-Againe Organic Resources DHAN), Modi also placed the base stone of a compressed biogas plant in Mukarabpur here.
The plant, scheduled for its completion by 2027, will have an annual production capacity of 2,600 metric tons and will help an effective organic waste management while contributing to the production of clean energy and environmental conservation, said a statement previously.
From here, the modes also inaugurated the Rewari derivation project of 14.4 km, with a value of around 1,070 million rupees under the Bharatmala Pariyojana.
The Bypass will defrost the city of Rewari, will reduce Delhi-Narnaul’s travel time in an hour and boost economic activity in the region.
