The Communist Party of India (CPI) accused the government of the Union led by the Bharatiya Janata (BJP) party to undermine the spirit of the Constitution by violating the improved rules in it.

The party leaders, led by National Secretary K. Narayana, took a procession from Gandhi Circle to the Ambedkar circle in Tiverupati as part of Ambedkar Jayanti on Monday, where he accused the BJP of Socavar the Constitution. He recalled a series of incidents nationwide, where constitutional controls turned out to be heavy with imbalance and inclined towards the political leaders of the ruling party.

“The governor accusing the Judiciary to extend his scope over the legislature, political leaders do not pay attention to verdicts that are even carried out by the Supreme Court of India, the flagrant attempts to silence the weakening of Waksment weakening are currently testifying,” he said.

Mr. Narayana expressed her regret for the Government’s fascist mental and asked the public to oppose such ideologies that could break the country from the inside.
