The Communist Party of India (ICC) will seek to defend Prime Minister Pinarayi Vijayan if there is an attempt to attack him citing the minerals of Cochin and Rutile Ltd (CMRL) case of collection against Mr. Vijayan’s daughter, Veena Thaikandiyil.
The Secretary of State of the ICC, Binoy Viscam, told the media on Friday that the case was between two business groups, and that it was a personal issue about which part was not anxious to comment. “But if someone tries to attack the CM politic, the party will take a political position to safeguard the political position of the democratic government of the left (LDF),” he said.
The party, he said, will not prevent anyone from agreeing on the organizational conferences that are underway. “The guidelines given by the party are a cent percentage according to the constitution of the party. There is no bar in the comrades that agree. But the party won the vote of Brook competitions,” Viswam said.
Hey, he added that the CPI defendedStrengthen LDF because “we see LDF as the political hope of the nation, BJP fascist policies are representing a great threat to the very existence of Indian secularism and federalism.”
The CPI State Council meeting, which ended here on Friday, witnessed some criticisms against the style of operation of the leftist government. Some members scratch that it was not a communist way of projecting an individual, Mr. Vijayan in this case, as the only official in a government.
The State Council also supported the six -month suspension delivered to the leader of the Senior Party and former national executive member Ke Ismail for his controversial statements about the death of P. Raju, former secretary of the district of Ernakulam of the IPC.
