CU Syndicate member urges V-C to release TA, DA for teachers

A member of the University of the University of Calicut (CU) has urged the Vice Chancellor (VC) to release the travel subsidy (TA) and the assignment of meats (DA) for the university teachers who participate in the tasks of the exams.

P. Rasheed Ahammed, the member of the union, in a letter recently to the VC, said that only those teachers who travel beyond 50 km were obtaining the TA. They are not receiving the day at all.
