The Secretary of Defense, Rajesh Kumar Singh, urged the United Kingdom companies to explore associations with a new Indian defense company and invited investment in the dedicated defense corridors of India duration of a two -day visit to London. The visit followed the discussions in Rome aimed at improving defense cooperation with Italy, particularly in technological and weapons production.

Apart from JDC, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between the Society of Indian Defense Manufacturers (SIDM) and Italian companies for aerospace, defense and security (AIAD) to promote the nations closest to nations. A SIDM delegation accompanied the Secretary of Defense to promote company to company connections.
