Delhi Court Stays Probe Order Against Kapil Mishra In 2020 Riots Case Till April 21

A court in Delhi stayed on Wednesday until April 21, an additional investigation order against Law Minister Kapil Mishra for his alleged role in the disturbances of February 2020.

The special judge Kaveri Bawja kept the order after Mishra transferred to the Court with a statement against the verdict of the Magistral Court.

The Court also issued a notice to the plaintiff Mohammad Ilyas, in whose plea the magistrate ordered the FIR, and asked him to respond before April 21, the next audience date.
