The Superior Court of Delhi has rejected the proposal of the deputy of TMC Saket Gokhale to place his apologies for defamatory positions against the wife of the minister of the Hardep Puri Union, Lakshmi Puri, on a “sealed cover.”

“… The proposal to place apologies on a sealed cover is rejected and apologize as indicated by the sentence/decree will be published within the next two weeks, in the decreed manner,” said the court in its order of May 9.

The court indicated that Mr. Gokhale has not complied with the Court’s Directorate of July 1, 2024 to make an apology and pay ₹ 50 Lakh in damage to the former Indian diplomat.

The Order of the Court follows a request from Mrs. Puri claiming that Mr. Gokhale contributed his good will and reputation by making recks and false accusations about his financial affairs in the context of an apartment he owned in Geneva.

“… In the opinion of this court, there is no reason why the court should apologize in a sealed coverage and then wait for the results of an appeal,” said the court.

The defendant stopped

He said: “Taking into account that the decree was approved in July 2024, no challenge was preferred in the legal period, the challenge that was finally preferred was dismissed with a detailed judgment, and the answer (Mr. Gokrasted, it was delayed, it was delayed, it has simply star starry, lingid, lingid, torn, started and decree “.”

The court said that Mr. Gokhale was a parliamentarian and member of the renowned society, and that more than 10 months had passed, but to date there was no insured order of the court that prevented compliance with the judgment of July 1, 2024.
