The Directorate of Control of the Law recorded on Tuesday the facilities of the Rajasthan Conger leader and former Pratap Singh Khaacharyayawas as part of an investigation, official sources said.
Going to journalists out of their home here, Khacharhaharyawas said he had done nothing and that “he was not afraid” of the Emergency Department.
“The BJP government should not do politics through the Emergency Department,” he said.
The Federal Probas agency is also looking for multiple facilities in this case in some other places.
