On Tuesday, the Control Directorate (ED) sought to intervene and object to a statement made by the promoter of the Municipal Administration Minister Kn Nehru and True Value Homes (TVH) N. Ravichandran to cancel a sheet of charges presented against him by the Central Research Office (CBI) in a case of bank fraud.
Appearing before Judge M. Nirmal Kumar, the special public prosecutor N. Ramesh said that the agency had carried out an independent investigation, based on the case of the CBI, for the money laundering office and wanted to place a decision on Ravichandran’s affairs materials.
