The compliance address visited the camera of a man here to perform a possible search for violation of the currency rules after he said a dog of ₹ 50 million rupees.

However, it was discovered that the statement was false.

The sources told PTI that the officials of the Federal Probas agency found that the man “had no means” to buy such an expensive canine, and such reports were “simply created” for a possible participation in social networks.

The man, according to the reports, had affirmed that the “most extent” “world” dog had imported, a Caucasian shepherd and wolf. The claim won prominence in social networks, inviting the glow of ED.

The officials of the Federal Probas agency, who act on this open source information, reached their home to verify the statements, only to discover that they were false.

The dog, whose images also circulated widely on social networks, was owned by their neighbor and was not worth it “just a Lakh (or rupees),” they said.

The agency has not initiated any investigation under the Interior Management Law (FEMA), the sources said.
